Father’s Day Weekend at the Lowry Park Zoo
This weekend Dad gets in free at the Lowry Park Zoo with the purchase of a full-priced child’s admission. The zoo is great place to spend time together with Dad and have him all to yourself! Lowry Park Zoo has been voted the #1 Family Friendly zoo by Child magazine. Extras like the train ride, camel rides and giraffe feedings are available at an additional cost from $2 to $5 each. But with your admission fee you can visit more than 2,200 animals. See the animals in their native habitats at Asian Gardens, Primate World, Free-Flight Aviaries, Wallaroo Station children’s zoo, and Safari Africa. The zoo is open 9:30 am to 5 pm at 1101 W Sligh Ave. in Tampa just off of I-275. Parking is free.Normal ticket prices for adults is $19.95, senior tickets $14.95 and for 3-11 years prices are $14.95. Or plan ahead and purchase discount tickets at the MacDill AFB ITT at the BX Mall.
