Tampa Bay Rays and LL Cool J Concert Saturday!
Come check the 1st place Tampa Bay Rays this Saturday as the take on the Detroit Tigers at Tropicana Field. Game time is 6:10pm. But come early and have a tail gate party in the parking lot. Unlike the past seasons, the parking lot is full of tail gate parties before each home game! If you have at least 4 people in your car, you can park for free, a savings of $10! Bring an umbrella for shade, because it is supposed to be hot. If you tell the parking attendent who is directing you to a parking spot, then he may let you park near a tree for shade. In front of Entrance 1, there will be live music playing and a cash bar set up. After the game, LL Cool J will performing and he should be throwing out the first pitch! The performer at the last concert, MC Hammer, played in right field. They let people in the outfield, but it was very crowded. The best seats were along first base line and behind home plate. So be prepared to move to after the game if you want to see the concert. If you have a military ID, then you can get outfield tickets at the stadium box office for $10! But get there early because this game will be crowded!
